AIMS and AES Partner to Present Media Over IP Pavilion at AES New York 2022

Exhibits and Presentations Will Cover Professional Media Networking and Standards and Specifications in the AIMS Roadmap

BOTHELL, Wash. — Oct. 12, 2022 — The Alliance for IP Media Solutions (AIMS) and the Audio Engineering Society (AES) are partnering to present the Media over IP Pavilion at the upcoming AES New York 2022 show, scheduled for Oct. 19-20 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City. Over the course of the two-day convention, the Media over IP Theater will feature a regular program of 30-minute presentations — open to all AES attendees — covering a broad range of topics in audio and video over IP, as well as the standards and specifications outlined in the AIMS roadmap.

“We’re so pleased to be back at AES New York in-person and to be partnering with AES to host the Media over IP Pavilion,” said Terry Holton, AIMS Audio Group chair. “Attendees from both AES and NAB Show New York will have the opportunity to listen in on presentations focusing on the latest developments in AV-over-IP technologies and deployments. We’ll feature experts from industry associations, solutions providers, technology providers, and end users, all sharing valuable perspectives and knowledge for other professionals who are planning the transition of their own operations and businesses to IP.”

AES New York 2022 will be co-located with the 2022 NAB Show New York, also taking place at the Javits Convention Center. More information about the Media over IP Pavilion and the presentation schedule for the Media over IP Theater is available at www.aimsalliance.org. Visit AIMS at booth 550.
